THERE EXISTS A DESIGNATION CALLED A "NATIONAL HERITAGE AREA," that is designed to call attention to regions of special cultural, historic and scenic value. We believe that Central California, as defined by the flight range of the California Condor, the "RANGE OF THE CONDOR" is such a.
