The property is situated about 15 miles from Carmel Valley Village. It is on the slopes of Chew's Ridge, off Tassajara Road, and abuts the National Forest for about 4000 feet, in an area known as Anastasia Canyon. You can see that it is quite hilly--very steep, and consists of about 40% forest and 60% chaparral.
